1. Assessment Service Delivery

Upon successful payment, our team begins the process of analyzing your assessment responses and preparing your personalized report. This involves human review and analysis, resulting in a customized report delivered within 24 hours of payment.

2. Assessment Refund Policy

Due to the immediate processing and customized nature of our assessment services, all assessment purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

This policy exists because:

  • Each report requires individual review and analysis

  • Substantial resources are invested in report preparation immediately after purchase

  • The service is considered initiated upon payment

  • The digital nature of our service means it cannot be returned or unused once created

3. Coaching Services

Our coaching services are designed to provide you with the best possible experience. To ensure fairness for both clients and coaches, we have the following policies in place:

  • No Refunds: Coaching sessions cannot be refunded once purchased.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a coaching session up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: For emergencies, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact info@lovemetrica.com as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Missed Sessions: Missed sessions without notice cannot be rescheduled.

4. Processing of Approved Exceptions

In the rare case where an exception is made to our standard policy, any approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, subject to financial institution processing times.
